Position Summary
The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries, providing information on Kray’s services, and resolving any issues efficiently. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide accurate information about Kray’s products and services.
Assist clients in navigating our digital platforms and tools.
Resolve complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
Document client interactions and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
Identify and report trends in customer feedback to support service improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in customer care, preferably in financial services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
Proficiency with digital tools and customer service software is an advantage.
