Position Summary
The Teller will play a critical role in handling daily cash transactions, providing customer support, and assisting with account-related services. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in cash handling.

Key Responsibilities

Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently.
Verify customer identity and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records.
Provide assistance to customers with account inquiries and financial services.
Identify potential cross-selling opportunities for Kray’s products.
Assist in resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Skills

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience as a Teller or in a cash-handling role is preferred.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Familiarity with digital banking processes is an asset.
